The present invention relates to a transparent oil-dispersed fluid type cosmetic composition for eye makeup and, more specifically, to an oil-dispersed fluid type cosmetic composition for eye makeup comprising volatile oil and one or more types of viscosity increasing agents, wherein the viscosity increasing agent is selected from the group consisting of an amide-based polymer and dextrin palmitate/ethylhexanoate.
