The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a red ginseng extract and a viscosity increasing agent. The cosmetic composition is capable of maintaining viscosity stability without being diluted, and obtaining the desired effects without applying the cosmetic composition multiple times, by using combination of the viscosity increasing agent according to the present invention for the cosmetic composition comprising the red ginseng extract at high concentrations.
