The present invention relates to a digital phantom for medical radiography, and to a method and system for obtaining a medical image using said digital phantom. The digital phantom according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a grid module disposed between a radiation source and a detector and having a plurality of spots arranged in an array by partitions that intersect horizontally and vertically, wherein the angles of the partitions are formed to correspond to the light progression path of the radiation and at least one reference object attached to at least one of the spots in the grid module and designed to correspond to the predetermined amount of transmission of the radiation.Cette invention concerne un fantôme numérique pour radiographie médicale, et un procédé et système permettant dobtenir une image médicale à laide dudit fantôme numérique, ledit fantôme numérique selon un mode de réalisation de linvention comprenant : un module à grille placé entre une source de rayonnement et un détecteur, comportant une pluralité de points agencés en réseau par des cloisons qui se coupent horizontalement et verticalement, les angles desdites cloisons étant formés pour correspondre au trajet de progression de la lumière dudit rayonnement et au moins un objet standard rattaché à au moins lun des points dudit module à grille et conçu pour correspondre à la quantité de transmission prédéfinie dudit rayonnement.본 발명은 의료용으로 이용되는 방사선 촬영용 디지털 팬텀과, 상기 디지털 팬텀을 이용한 의료 영상 획득 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 디지털 팬텀은 방사선 소스와 검출기와의 사이에 위치하고, 종횡으로 교차되는 격벽에 의하여 다수의 스폿(spot)이 어레이 형태로 배열되며, 상기 격벽의 각도는 상기 방사선의 광 진행 경로에 대응하여 형성되는 그리드 모듈 및 상기 그리드 모듈의 스폿 중 적어도 하나 이상에 부착되며, 미리 설정된 상기 방사선에 대한 투과 정도에 대응하여 설계되는 적어도 하나 이상의 기준 오브젝트를 포함한다.
