PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiotherapy system and an accuracy management phantom for the radiotherapy system that can reduce accuracy management work.SOLUTION: The radiotherapy system includes a bed section 10 having a top plate 11 for placing a subject, a support base 12 for movably supporting the top plate 11, and a rotating mechanism for rotating the top plate 11 the phantom 50 created imitating the height and weight of the subject a CT section 20 having a linear guide rail 21, and a frame 22 arranged to be self-travelable on the guide rail 21 to image the phantom 50 on the top plate 11 stopped at a frame angle and a radiotherapy section 30 having a rotating part 31 imaging the phantom 50 on the top plate 11 stopped at a treatment angle.
