PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the arrangement and packaging and improve the efficiency of the operation even when a fragile food product such as croquettes or the like as an object is arranged and packaged. SOLUTION: The arrangement implement 1 includes a guide member 3 for guiding a plurality of croquettes K to be the objects to a desired arrangement position by using a flexible sheet member 2. The sheet having a size circumferentially protruded from the range of a rectangular shape R in which the plurality of croquettes K are to be arranged is used as the sheet member 2 to be used. The guide member 3 has a pressing member 4 opposedly disposed on the sheet member 2 in the use and a partition member 6 projecting from a surface of the pressing member 4, which is opposed to the sheet member 2. The pressing member 4 is formed to be the rectangular shape R, and the partition member 6 has a first partition member 7 for partitioning a direction along one side of the rectangular shape R and a second partition member 8 for partitioning a direction along another side crossing the one side.
