The present invention relates to a process for producing chewing gum compositions by introducing at least one anti-caking agent, preferably with a BET specific surface area of at least 20 m 2 / g. The hardness of the chewing gums thus obtained is increased, such an increase being desirable, for example to prevent deformation of centers to be coated in the coating turbines or to improve packing rates of sticks. The anti-caking agent is either introduced as a direct additive into the chewing gum or premixed with pulverulent sorbitol. The pulverulent composition of sorbitol and anti-caking agent is also part of the invention.La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication de compositions de chewing-gum par introduction d'au moins un agent anti-mottant, préférentiellement d'une surface spécifique BET d'au moins 20 m2/g. La dureté des chewing-gums ainsi obtenus est augmentée, une telle augmentation étant souhaitable, par exemple pour éviter la déformation de centres à dragéifier dans les turbines de dragéification ou pour améliorer les cadences d'emballage de sticks. L'agent anti-mottant est soit introduit comme additif direct dans le chewing-gum, soit mélangé au préalable avec du sorbitol pulvérulent. La composition pulvérulente de sorbitol et d'agent anti-mottant fait aussi partie de l'invention.
