PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference light measuring apparatus capable of photographing an object to be measured by reducing an influence of strong reflection light from the object to be measured.SOLUTION: An interference light measuring apparatus has a light source which outputs low coherence light. An interference optical system divides the low coherence light from the light source into signal light and reference light, superposes reflected light of the signal light by an object to be measured with the reference light via a reference optical path, and generates interference light to be detected. A scanning part scans an irradiation position of the signal light to the object to be measured. A specification part specifies a strong reflection position which is the irradiation position by the scanning part when the reflected light of the signal light is in a strong reflection state.
