The present invention provides an anti-fatigue composition containing (1) histidine and (2) vitamin B6 and/or carnosine in combination, a food containing (1) histidine and (2) vitamin B6 and/or carnosine which is in a unit package form per meal and the like. The present invention relates to a composition, food and the like, which contain histidine in a constituent and/or a form that are conventionally absent, have less fear of causing side effects, and can effectively improve/recover fatigue.
