PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article scarcely causing liquid leakage by providing an absorbent core fitted to a body of a wearer.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 includes an absorbent core 4 and a pair of three-dimensional leakage prevention structures 8. The absorbent core 4 includes, at a front area A and a rear area B thereof, deformed guide parts N1 and N2 that intrude from side edges S1 and S2 towards the width-directional inward and length-directional inward. Free ends 8b are fixed to a body 10 at front/rear end areas in the longitudinal direction Y of the three-dimensional leakage prevention structures respectively so as to form free-end stationary parts 80 and thereby, to form erection-inhibited parts 81 in which the erection of the three-dimensional leakage prevention structures 8 is inhibited. The erectable width D1 of the longitudinal center 8P of each three-dimensional leakage prevention structures 8 is 1) shorter than a distance (an erection inhibition width) D2 between a base end 8a and the free-end stationary part 80 in each erection inhibited part 81, or can be 2) shortened compared with the distance D2 by shortening processing of shortening the erectable width D1.
