PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device that can restrain an electric short circuit and entanglement of electrodes for outputting energy to a living body and lead wires for applying voltage to the electrodes.SOLUTION: A medical device 10 comprises: a long shaft part 21； a plurality of electrode parts 40 arranged in a tip part of the shaft part 21, extending in a length direction of the shaft part 21, and deformable in a radial direction of the shaft part 21； and a plurality of lead wires 37 for passing current to the electrode parts 40. A plurality of housing lumens 35 are formed in the shaft part 21.
