When a value obtained by subtracting the height HB of the pressing force suppression unit from the height HA of the convex portion in a direction orthogonal to the housing surface is Δh, Δh > 0. The pressing force suppression unit has a pressing force suppression surface which extends in a second direction orthogonal to a first direction as a circumferential direction of a region to be detected of the subject in plan view in a direction orthogonal to the housing surface.
