PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh juice maker and a method for producing a fresh juice using the same that can make a variety of fresh juices from various kinds of materials according to drinker's preference and can be automatically washed every time after a fresh juice is prepared. SOLUTION: The objective fresh juice maker is equipped with a maker body case 1, a cup unit 10 that is arranged to the maker body case and is proved with a holder 11 for a material cup 2 containing raw materials and with a cleaning cup 12, a vertically moving unit 20 that allows the cup unit 10 to move perpendicularly a rotary driving unit 30 for driving rotry blades 31 for crushing and mixing the raw materials by stirring, a juice-feeding unit 40 for feeding the juice to the material cup 2, a washing water-feeding unit for feeding the washing water to the cleaning cut 12 and an operation unit 60 that is equipped with operation buttons for the vertically moving unit 20, the rotary driving unit 30, the juice-feeding unit 40 and the washing water-feeding unit 50. After the juice is produced by driving the rotary blades 31 in the material cup 2, the rotary blades 31 are rotated in the cleaning cup 12 whereby the rotary blades are automatically cleaned.
