يتعلق هذا الاختراع بجزء ارتباط يمكنه الارتباط بمتعدد ببتيد NogoA البشري او NiG البشري يتضمن ثبات تفارق اقل من 1000 نانومول، و متعدد نكليوتيد يشفر جزء الارتباط هذا ؛ و ناقل تعبير يتضمن متعدد النكليوتيد المذكور ، و نظام تعبير يتضمن متعدد نكليوتيد يمكنه انتاج جزء ارتباط ، و خلية عائلة معزولة تتضمن نزام تعبير كما سبق ايضاحه، و استعمال جزئ الارتباط المذكور كمستحضر صيدلي و بصفة خاصة في علاج مرض بالجهاز العصبي المحيطي (PNS) و/او المركزي (CNS) ؛ و تركيب صيدلي يتضمن جزئ الارتباط المذكور و طريقة لعلاج مرض بالجهاز العصبي المحيطي (PNS) و/او المركزي (CNS)The present invention provides a binding molecule which is capable of binding to the human NogoA polypeptide or human NiG with a dissociation constant <； 1000nM, a polynucleotide encoding such binding molecule； an expression vector comprising said polynucleotide； an expression system comprising a polynucleotide capable of producing a binding molecule； an isolated host cell which comprises an expression system as defined above； the use of such binding molecule as a pharmaceutical, especially in the treatment of a disease of the peripheral (PNS) and/or central (CNS) nervous system； a pharmaceutical composition comprising said binding molecule； and a method of treatment of a disease of the peripheral (PNS) and/or central (CNS) nervous system.
