PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method by which a desired sterilization performance can be obtained in a short time when performing sterilization by use of ozone.SOLUTION: A sterilization method is characterized in that when ozone is supplied to a sterilization object area thereby sterilizing bacteria existing in the sterilization object area, a gas is blown into liquid water supplied to the sterilization object area and liquid water is stirred by air bubbles formed in said liquid water, thereby generating hydroxyl radical. According to this method, since air bubbles is supplied into liquid water supplied to the sterilization object area thereby stirring said liquid water, generation of hydroxyl radical can be promoted. Therefore, according to this method, a desired sterilization performance can be obtained in a short time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】オゾンを用いて殺菌する際に、短い時間で所望する殺菌性能を得ることができる殺菌方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の殺菌方法は、オゾンを殺菌対象領域に供給して、殺菌対象領域に存在する菌を殺菌するに際し、殺菌対象領域に供給される液状の水分の中に気体を吹き込んで、水分の中で形成された気泡により水分を撹拌することで、ヒドロキシルラジカルを生成させる、ことを特徴とする。本発明によれば、殺菌対象領域に供給される液状の水分の中に気泡を供給して水分を撹拌するので、ヒドロキシルラジカルの生成を促進できる。したがって、本発明によれば、短い時間で所望する殺菌性能を得ることができる。【選択図】図2
