PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing foam in a beer taste beverage, the beverage with stabilized form and a manufacturing method of the beverage.SOLUTION: There is provided a beer taste beverage having total amount of wheat-derived extract component of 0.1 to 2 wt.% and alcohol content of 1.0% or less. There is also provided the beer taste beverage having calorie of 1 to 8 kcal/100 ml and saccharide mass of 0.2 to 2.0 g/100 ml.
