PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwaway diaper able to be easily pulled up toward a users crotch part for adjustment of its fitness around his/her body, and to securely maintain the connection means between the front and rear parts thereof.SOLUTION: The first and second engagement parts 40, 41 are installed on the both side ends of an outer inside part of the front exterior sheet 20, while the third and fourth engagement parts 42, 43 are installed on the both side ends of an outer inside part of the rear body part. so that for connecting the exterior sheet 20, the first engagement part 40 can engage with the engagement part 43, while the engagement part 41 can engage with the third engagement part 42.
