The present invention provides a system for removing virus and cytokine from blood, capable of removing virus and cytokine simultaneously by means of membrane separation principle. The system includes a blood flow path, including a first duct with a blood inlet, a plasma separator connected with the first duct, and a second duct connected with the plasma separator and having a blood outlet a first plasma flow path, including a virus remover a third duct, one end of which is connected with an outlet of the plasm separator and the other end is connected with a plasma inlet of the virus remover a second plasm flow path, including a cytokine remover a fourth duct, one end of which is connected with an outlet of the virus remover and the other end is conncted with a plasma inlet of the cytokine remover a third plasma flow path, including a fifth duct, one end of which is connected with the plasma outlet of the cytokine remover, and the other end is connected with the second duct.
