PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can easily gel platelet-rich plasma and/or platelet-poor plasma to a desired shape in a short time, a kit and a coagulation accelerator used therefor, and a bone prosthetic material.SOLUTION: In the method for accelerating the gelling of platelet-rich plasma and/or platelet-poor plasma, a gelling agent is added to platelet-rich plasma and/or platelet-poor plasma, and the same is temporarily in contact with a coagulation accelerator and is thereafter stored in a plastic container to be gelled. The kit and the coagulation accelerator are used for the method. The same can be also used as a bone prosthetic material by adding a bone restoration material to the platelet-rich plasma and/or platelet-poor plasma after the temporary contact with the coagulation accelerator.【課題】多血小板血漿および／または少血小板血漿を短時間で、かつ簡単に所望の形状にゲル化させることができる方法、並びにそれに使用するキット、凝固促進材および骨補填材を提供すること。【解決手段】多血小板血漿および／または少血小板血漿にゲル化剤を添加し、凝固促進材に一時的に接触させ、その後プラスチック製容器内に収容してゲル化させる、多血小板血漿および／または少血小板血漿のゲル化促進方法であり、この方法に使用するキットおよび凝固促進材である。前記凝固促進材に一時的に接触させた後の多血小板血漿および／または少血小板血漿に骨修復材を添加することによって、骨補填材として使用することもできる。【選択図】図１
