The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing feed with nutritional value. The method comprises the following steps of: inoculating a fungus cultured with compost into agriculture wastes or feed ingredients to perform fermentation to obtain a preliminary fermentation product and drying and grinding the preliminary fermentation product into powder to obtain the feed with nutrients, wherein, the weight ratio of the fungus cultured with compost and agriculture wastes or feed ingredients is 1:1.
