<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic product, which is capable of achieving both the decrease in production cost and the improvement of production efficiency of the organic product reusing a used medium. <；P>；SOLUTION: The method for producing the organic product comprises making a mixed raw material by mixing a vegetable organic material with a water content lower than that of the used medium with the reused medium so as to bring water content after mixing to a range of &ge；5% and &le；40% and using the mixed raw material when reusing a used medium used for mushroom cultivation.
