PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pickle sprinkles which have good preservability and are easy to eat by drying tasty pickle and converting it into a form of sprinkles, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: The method of producing the pickle sprinkles includes a drying process of drying the pickle at a low temperature of not higher than 10°C whereat the flavor of the pickle remains undispersed and the pickle remains unfrozen, and a grinding process of grinding the dried pickle.
