An intestinal environment improvement composition containing a glycopeptide including a peptide having a threonine residue and/or a serine residue and a sugar chain bound to the peptide, in which the glycopeptide has a molecular weight of 500 to 3,000, the sugar chain is bound to a hydroxyl group of the threonine residue or the serine residue of the peptide, a constituent sugar of the sugar chain is at least one selected from the group consisting of sialic acid, N-acetylgalactosamine and galactose. According to the present invention, there are provided a novel intestinal environment improvement composition that has not been present, food products, pharmaceutical products and feed containing the composition.
