PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing inspection system capable of improving efficiency of dispensing inspection work.SOLUTION: A drug name discrimination means P1 is configured to discriminate a drug name for each of two or more kinds of drug assemblies. When names of two or more kinds of prescribed drugs are included in prescription information, a dispensing propriety determination means P2 obtains prescribed drug total weight which is the total of weight by the number of package units corresponding to prescription quantity in the two or more kinds of prescribed drugs on the basis of package unit number-weight relation information and the prescription information, sets the total weight allowable range for dispensing propriety determination on the basis of the prescribed drug total weight, and outputs information indicating that dispensing contents are appropriate to a determination result output means 13 when drug assembly total weight which is the total weight of the two or more kinds of drug assemblies measured in a weight measuring means 17 is within the total weight allowable range and the plurality of drug names discriminated in the drug name discrimination means P1 match the names of the two or more kinds of prescribed drugs included in the prescription information.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】調剤監査作業の高効率化を図り得る調剤監査システムを提供する。【解決手段】薬剤名称判別手段P1が、複数種の薬剤集合体夫々について薬剤名称を判別可能に構成され、調剤適否判定手段P2が、処方情報に複数種の処方薬剤の名称が含まれる場合は、包装単位数対重量関係情報及び処方情報に基づいて、複数種の処方薬剤における処方数量に対応する包装単位数での重量の合計である処方薬剤総重量を求めると共に、その処方薬剤総重量に基づいて調剤適否判定用の総重量許容範囲を設定して、秤量手段17にて秤量された複数種の薬剤集合体の総重量である薬剤集合体総重量が総重量許容範囲内であり、且つ、薬剤名称判別手段P1にて判別された複数の薬剤名称が処方情報に含まれる複数種の処方薬剤の名称と合致すると、調剤内容が適正であることを示す情報を判定結果出力手段13に出力するように構成されている。【選択図】図1
