SOLUTION: This lighting device 200 has a fluorescent tube 210 and a cover 100 covering the fluorescent tube 210. The cover 100 includes a base material 110 having at least light transmission properties, and a light reflection layer 120 provided on the outer surface of the base material 110, and reflecting light emitted from the fluorescent tube 210 and penetrating the base material 110.
