A master station (10) is a power feeding device that transmits a power feeding signal for supplying power to a slave station which is a receiving device. The master station (10) is provided with: a wake-up time recording unit (12c) which is a feeding-side storage unit storing time information for specifying a start time to start data communication with the receiving device; and a feeding-side determination unit (102) which determines whether or not the start time specified by the time information has come, and which transmits a power feeding signal when determining that the start time has come.
