PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid vehicle with easy walking training and transferring including a lifting mechanism capable of having a seat section lifted up/down even with small energizing force.SOLUTION: The walking aid vehicle including the seat section which is freely lifted includes a vehicle body frame including a main member which is in the front-back direction in the middle of the right and left directions a supporting pillar in front of the main member the lifting mechanism composing a four joint link by vertically separating a first link and a second link and respectively axially supported by the pillar and extended sections formed facing downward in a seat supporting member which is fitted to a bottom surface of the seat member an energizing means including a lock mechanism located in the rear position of the four joint link in between the body frame and the seat supporting member and furthermore a lock release means so as to be capable of being operated in front of a user seated on the seat section, wherein the energizing force of the energizing means works in the direction of lifting the seat section when the lock of the lock mechanism is released.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】小さな付勢力でも座部を昇降することができる昇降機構を備え、歩行訓練や移乗などが行い易い歩行補助車を提供すること。【解決手段】昇降自在な座部を備えた歩行補助車において、車体フレームは左右方向中間に前後方向のメイン部材を備え、該メイン部材の前方に支柱を立設し、昇降機構は第一リンクと第二リンクを上下に離間して前記支柱と前記座部の下面に止着したシート支持部材の下方向きに形成した延在部にぞれぞれ軸承することで四節リンクを構成する一方、前記車体フレームと前記シート支持部材との間で前記四節リンクよりも後方にロック機構を備えた付勢手段を取り付け、さらに、前記座部に腰掛けた使用者の前方で操作可能となるようにロック解除手段を設け、前記ロック機構のロックを解除すると前記付勢手段の付勢力が前記座部を上昇させる方向に作用するよう構成した。【選択図】図1
