PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil crusher by which since an energizing force for urging a first soil preparation plate and a second soil preparation plate by an urging means upward, the second soil preparation plate is kept in a position close to horizontality and grounding is carried out in a plane state even in a deep change of tilling depth, leveling of ground is performed under a constant pressing force although there is a problem that an energizing force by an urging means is weakened as the tilling amount of a tilling rotary is increased.SOLUTION: The soil crusher has a working machine body 1, the first soil preparation plate 2 vertically rotatably attached to the tilling rotary 12, the second soil preparation plate 3 vertically rotatably attached to the first soil preparation plate 2, a soil preparation plate link mechanism 4 which is connected to the working machine body 1 and turnably connects the first soil preparation plate 2, the second soil preparation plate 3, a second link 41 and a first link 40, respectively and the urging means 5 which is arranged between the first soil preparation plate 2 and the soil preparation plate link mechanism 4 and urges the second soil preparation plate 3 upward.
