The present invention provides a compound of formula (I): wherein, Y is or X is S or O； Z is H, OH or OAc； R1 is H or O-(C1-6 alkyl)； R2 is H, NO2 or O-(C1-6 alkyl)； R3 is H or O-(C1-6 alkyl)； and R4 is H, OH, NO2 or O-(C1-6 alkyl). The compound of the present invention could effectively reduce cancer cell survival rate and inhibit cancer cell proliferation, therefore could be used in cancer therapy.
