Described is an oxygen concentration system for medical use, which is able to produce air at high concentrations of oxygen by introducing air from the environment into a compressor and passing it by compartments with zeolite filters, which are able to absorb nitrogen from air. Said system has an electronic control for alternating the pass of air into the compartments and allowing the nitrogen residues to be released into the environment. The system also includes a double-way compressor able to create positive and negative pressure, which helps to release the residual air in patients suffering from lung hyperinflation and allows the oxygen concentrated in the respiratory system of the patient to be supplied.Se describe un sistema de concentración de oxígeno para uso médico, el cual es capaz producir aire con altas concentraciones de oxígeno introduciendo aire del ambiente dentro de un compresor y haciéndolo pasar por compartimentos donde hay filtros de zeolita los cuales son capaces de absorber el nitrógeno del aire. Dicho sistema posee un control electrónico para alternar el paso de aire en los compartimentos y permitir la liberación de los residuos de nitrógeno al ambiente. El sistema también incluye un compresor de doble vía capaz de crear presión tanto positiva como negativa lo cual ayuda en la liberación de aire residual en pacientes que padecen hiperinflación pulmonar y permite el suministro de oxígeno concentrado en el sistema respiratorio del paciente.
