The present invention relates to a method for producing Hallabong peel jam. A Hallabong peel jam composition is produced by adding 70-80 wt% of Hallabong peel and 20-30 wt% of sugar in a steaming apparatus having a stirrer, and performing steaming by high pressure and high temperature to evaporate water content so as to have residual water content of 10-20%.
