The present invention relates to a glucose-sensitive hyaluronic acid nanoparticle in which a boronic acid compound is chemically bound and a composition comprising the same. In the case of using the nanoparticles according to the present invention, cancer can be diagnosed and treated using a cancer cell-specific biological mechanism while excluding the use of conventional contrast agents and anticancer agents having toxicity problems.본 발명은 보론산 화합물이 화학적으로 결합된 글루코오스 감응성 히알루론산 나노입자 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 나노입자를 이용하는 경우, 독성 문제를 가지는 기존의 조영제 및 항암제의 사용을 배제한 채, 암세포 특이적인 생물학적 기전을 이용하여 암을 진단 및 치료할 수 있다.
