PURPOSE: A feed additive for livestock using grape by-products is provided to extend the expiration date of feed for the livestock by radiating ionization energy to the grape by-products. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a feed additive for livestock using grape by-products comprises the following steps: drying the grape by-products including grape seeds, skins, and stems at 80-90 deg C； mixing 100 parts of dried grape by-products by weight with 1-2 parts of acetobacter aceti by weight, and ferment-aging the mixture at 40-50 deg C for 36-48 hours； hot-air drying the ferment-aged grape by-products at 70-80 deg C for 48 hours, and crushing the grape by-products into 70-100 meshes； and radiating 5kGy gamma-rays to the grape by-products at 18-20 deg C using a gamma ray irradiation device.본 발명은 포도부산물을 이용한 가축용 사료첨가제에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 포도부산물을 숙성 및 발효시킨 후 열풍건조하여 이온화에너지를 조사하여 제조한 사료첨가제에 관한 것으로서 사료첨가제의 항산화 활성을 증가시켜 유통기한이 짧은 사료의 유통기한 및 저장성을 연장시킨 포도부산물을 이용한 가축용 사료첨가제에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 포도부산물을 이용한 사료첨가제는 열풍건조된 포도부산물 분말에 코발트(Co) 방사성 동위원소로부터 방출되는 감마선을 조사하여 포도부산물 사료첨가제의 폴리페놀화합물의 항산화 활성을 높임으로써 장기보존이 가능하여 사료의 저장성을 높이는 효과가 있다.
