PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope observation support apparatus and the like that are capable of improving performance of observation support using an endoscope and enables a doctor to more easily and accurately perform observation and the like on a lesion.SOLUTION: An endoscope observation support apparatus 100 is configured to comprise: an image information acquisition unit 31 that acquires an imaged picture of a luminal organ imaged by an endoscope device 40 and displays the acquired picture on a display unit 22； a lesion information acquisition unit 32 that on the basis of the imaged picture, detects a predetermined lesion and acquires lesion information on the lesion； a lesion disappearance determination unit 34 that on the basis of the imaged picture and the lesion information, tracks the lesion and determines whether or not the lesion has disappeared from the imaged picture； and a notification unit 35 that notifies of a determination result when it is determined by the lesion disappearance determination unit 34 that the lesion has disappeared from the imaged picture.
