PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a mold remover easy to handle such as installation and providing continuous mold prevention effect.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a process of inputting a solid agent of 70 pts.wt. into a tank and heat melting it, a process of adding a contact prevention agent to the tank and agitating them, a process of cooling the content of the tank to 70°C or less, a process of inputting bacillus in the tank after cooling and agitating them, a process of filling a vessel with the content of the agitated tank, and a process of cooling the vessel to an ordinary temperature, cooling it and removing the solid mold remover. The solid agent preferably contains 60 pts.wt. of polyethylene glycol and 16 pts.wt. of stearate and the bacillus preferably contains hay bacillus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 設置等取り扱いが容易であり、かつ持続的なカビ防止効果が得られるカビ防止剤の製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 本製造方法は、70重量部の固型剤をタンクに入れ加熱溶融させる工程と、タンクに防触剤を添加し撹拌する工程と、タンクの内容物を70℃以下まで冷却する工程と、冷却後タンクにバチルス菌を入れ撹拌する工程と、撹拌されたタンクの内容物を容器に充填する工程と、容器を常温まで冷却し固形カビ除去剤を取り出す工程とを含む。固型剤は、60重量部のポリエチレングリコールと、16重量部のステアリン酸を含むのが好ましく、バチルス菌は、枯草菌を含むのが好ましい。【選択図】 図1
