The present invention provides a multilayer-coated pharmaceutical composition for oral administration which includes &omega；-3 fatty acid or alkyl ester thereof and statin based drugs. Particularly, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration which comprises: (a) a gelatin capsule core which includes &omega；-3 fatty acid or alkyl ester thereof ； (b) hydroxypropylmethylcellulose； and a first coating layer which is formed by coating the gelatin capsule core with a copolymer having the weight ratio of butylmethacrylate to (2-dimethylaminoethyl)methacrylate to methyl methacrylate as 1:2:1； and (c) a second coating layer which is formed by coating the first coating layer with a coating solution which includes the statin based drugs.본 발명은 오메가-3 지방산 또는 그의 알킬 에스테르 및 스타틴계 약물을 포함하는 다층코팅 형태(multilayer-coated form)의 약학 조성물을 제공한다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 (a) 오메가-3 지방산 또는 그의 알킬 에스테르를 함유하는 젤라틴 캡슐 코어, (b) 히드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오즈； 및 부틸 메타크릴레이트와 (2-디메틸 아미노에틸) 메타크릴레이트와 메틸 메타크릴레이트와의 1:2:1 중량비의 공중합체를 상기 젤라틴 캡슐 코어 상에 코팅하여 형성시킨 제1 코팅층, 및 (c) 스타틴계 약물을 포함하는 코팅액을 상기 제1 코팅층 상에 코팅하여 형성시킨 제2 코팅층을 포함하는, 경구투여용 약학 조성물을 제공한다.
