A specification unit specifies a target position of the subject in the transparent image. A control unit outputs an irradiation permission signal to a treatment apparatus that applies a treatment beam onto the subject when the target position specified by the specification unit is within the irradiation permission range. When a first switch is operated, the control unit causes the imaging unit to stop applying the electromagnetic wave, and causes the acquisition unit to stop acquiring the transparent image.
