The vegetable pressing mechanism (1) has two available vegetable inlets and is arranged at the topmost position, and is used to realize a function of pressing a vegetable against the cutting tool mechanism (2). The vegetable pressing mechanism (1) applies a downward force to the vegetable, such that a cutting tool can cut the vegetable smoothly. The cutting tool mechanism (2) provides a shredding option and a slicing option, and can realize a function of automatically changing blades and a function of selecting a thickness of cut vegetables.
