The present invention consists of a novel method of incorporating one or more water-soluble active agents into a hydrophilic polymeric foam. Said method makes it possible to obtain in particular a hydrophilic polyurethane foam having a gradient of active agents. This process is particularly useful for the manufacture of hydrophilic polyurethane foams for medical, cosmetic and dermo-cosmetic purposes.La présente invention consiste en un nouveau procédé d'incorporation d'un ou plusieurs agents actifs hydrosolubles dans une mousse polymère hydrophile. Ledit procédé permet d'obtenir notamment une mousse polyuréthane hydrophile présentant un gradient d'agents actifs. Ce procédé est particulièrement utile à la fabrication de mousses polyuréthane hydrophiles à destinées médicales, cosmétiques et dermo-cosmétiques.
