The present invention provides a process for preparing a polyurethane foam dressing in which an anti-inflammatory agent is homogeneously dispersed, the process comprising obtaining a drug (i.e., anti-inflammatory agent)-containing polyurethane prepolymer using a certain dispersing agent and reacting the drug-containing polyurethane prepolymer with a water-containing blowing solution to form a polyurethane foam and then drying the polyurethane foam.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation dun pansement en mousse de polyuréthane dans laquelle un agent anti-inflammatoire est dispersé de manière homogène, le procédé consistant à obtenir un prépolymère de polyuréthane contenant un médicament (à savoir un agent anti-inflammatoire) à laide dun certain agent dispersant et à faire réagir le prépolymère de polyuréthane contenant un médicament avec une solution dexpansion contenant de leau pour former une mousse de polyuréthane et ensuite à sécher la mousse de polyuréthane.
