PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging technology which achieves both excellent freshness keeping property in such a point that deterioration or decay of root vegetables can be suppressed and excellent display characteristics in such a point that good ink printability and label sticking property against an outer surface of a packaging bag are exhibited.SOLUTION: In a test film 1 which is formed from a synthetic resin film and is obtained on a desired condition, a Haze value H1 measured by a method according to JIS-K-7136 is 10% or less. In a test film 2 obtained on a desired condition, a Haze value H1/Haze value H2 calculated from a Haze value H2 measured by a method according to JIS-K-7136 the Haze value H1 is 0.7 or more and 2.5 or less.
