PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body wearing device and a control program in which a moment applying to a body is hard to cause delay in adjustment according to physical movement.SOLUTION: A body wearing device is worn in a right thigh CR capable of reciprocating rotary motion around a virtual rotating shaft k-AX fixed in a hip joint. A moment generator constituting the body wearing device has a flywheel 110 capable of swinging around a virtual swinging shaft i-AX fixed to the right thigh CR, a swinging motor for rotating the flywheel 110 around the virtual swinging shaft i-AX, and a self-rotating motor for making the flywheel 110 self-rotate. When the virtual swinging shaft i-AX is in a twist position to the virtual rotating shaft k-AX and the self-rotating flywheel 110 is rotated around the virtual swinging shaft i-AX, a moment is generated around the virtual rotating shaft k-AX.
