PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer support device capable of inclining an upper body of a care-receiver and having excellent maneuverability.SOLUTION: The transfer support device includes: a movable truck part 2； an upper-body holding part 4 for holding the upper body of a care-receiver P on board； and a support part 3 that supports the upper-body holding part 4 with respect to the truck part 2 and, in side view, is longitudinally-swingably formed with respect to the truck part 2, with a swinging shaft 51 used as a center, the swinging shaft provided near an ankle joint J1 of the care-receiver P on board.
