The present invention relates to liquid salt and, more specifically, to liquid salt which is obtained by using deep sea water as raw water, contains the proper amount of minerals considered beneficial to humans, can diffuse various kinds of aroma while containing the proper amount of minerals, has energy and charge of far-infrared rays, and thus has various functionalities. The liquid salt is manufactured by the following steps: separating fresh water from deep sea water by one of the disclosed desalination methods and obtaining mineral salt water at a certain concentration； obtaining concentrated liquid by heating and concentrating the mineral salt water at a certain concentration, obtained in the earlier step, and then separating calcium salt； and obtaining the liquid salt, which maintains a certain salinity and contains proper minerals for humans, by processing the calcium salt, separated from the concentrated liquid, into a powder-type, and mixing a proper amount of the calcium salt powder with the concentrated liquid.본 발명은 액상소금에 관한 것으로, 특히 해양심층수를 원수로 사용하여 액상소금을 얻고 상기 액상소금에서는 미네랄이 인체에 유익하도록 적정량이 함유토록 한 것이고, 또한 미네랄이 적정량이 함유된 상태에서의 액상소금에 다양한 향이 발향될 수 있도록 함은 물론 원적외선의 에너지와 전하를 갖도록 함으로서 액상소금에 다양한 기능성을 부가토록 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 해양심층수에서 공지의 담수화 방법의 어느 하나로 담수를 분리하여 일정농도의 미네랄 염수를 얻는 단계와； 상기 단계에서 얻어진 일정농도의 미네랄 염수를 가열농축하여 칼슘염을 분리하여 농축액을 얻는 단계와； 상기 농축액에서 분리된 칼슘염을 미세분의 형태로 가공하여 상기 농축액에 적정량을 혼합토록 하여 일정한 염도가 유지되면서도 인체에 적합한 미네랄이 함유토록 한 액상소금을 얻게 되는 단계로 이루어지는 것이다.
