PURPOSE: A dustproof bed for an ambulance is provided to improve impact absorbing capability and user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A dustproof bed for an ambulance comprises a main plate(110) for mounting a cart for transporting a patient, a base plate(120) supporting the main plate, a repulsive force generator(130) which is placed between the base plate and main plate and separates the main plate from the base plate by generating repulsive force, and a height variable buffering unit(140) which is placed between the base plate and main plate and absorbs shocks and load applied to the main plate. The repulsive force generator comprises a bracket, a first magnetic body, and a separation prevention unit.본 발명에 의한 구급차용 방진베드는, 환자 이송용 카트가 안착되는 메인플레이트와, 상기 메인플레이트를 지지하는 베이스플레이트와, 상기 베이스플레이트와 메인플레이트 사이에 위치하고 서로 척력을 발생하여 메인플레이트와 베이스플레이트를 이격하는 척력발생수단과, 상기 베이스플레이트와 메인플레이트 사이에 위치하고 상기 메인플레이트에 가해진 충격 및 하중을 유체의 압축 복원력으로 흡수하는 높이가변완충수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
