PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly effective nanobubble hydrogen water containing fucoidan which has an antioxidative effect and is expectable to provide various beneficial effects of fucoidan.SOLUTION: Nanobubble hydrogen water containing fucoidan contains hydrogen and fucoidan and is provided by at least partially using a nanobubble generator which generates superfine bubbles (hereafter referred to as "nanobubbles") by injecting a high-pressure fluid to a raw fluid to be treated. The concentration of hydrogen is preferably 0.01 mg/L or more and 50 mg/L or less. The concentration of fucoidan is preferably 0.1 mg/L or more and 300 mg/L or less in terms of the concentration of iodine contained in the fucoidan.
