PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable complete packaging of a used absorbent article with a packaging sheet.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet 11 is folded in three while having an overlapping margin so as to bring one side of both end parts in the longitudinal direction to an upper layer side 11a and the other to a lower layer side 11b, by folding in an individually packaged state in the longitudinal direction together with a light incontinence pad 1 and a body release material 10, and both side edge parts of the packaging sheet 11 are firmly fastened. The folding surface of the upper layer side 11a is formed with an opening line 12 comprising a width direction opening line 12a arranged separately at the inner side from the edge of the upper layer side 11a and extending along a direction almost in parallel to the edge of the upper layer side 11a, and a pair of longitudinal direction opening lines 12b extending from both ends of the width direction opening line 12a to the folding base end of the upper layer side 11a or its vicinity. A fastening part 13 to which the packaging sheet 11 and the release material 10 are firmly fastened is included on a lamination part of the packaging sheet 11 and the release material 10 as the folding surface of the upper layer side 11a.
