PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work content setting system that reduces the burden of a worker and that can carry out simple and appropriate setting of work content of a work vehicle.SOLUTION: A work content setting system comprises a work content information transmission unit 22 that generates work content information related to work content carried out by a work vehicle 10 in a region to be worked and that can transmit the work content information a portable terminal 30 that can execute a permission operation that permits the setting of the work content of the work vehicle 10 based on the work content information and a work content setting unit 12 equipped on the work vehicle 10 that sets the work content of the work vehicle 10. The work content information transmission unit 22 is configured to transmit the work content information to the work content setting unit 12.
