METHOD OF PREPARING COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING EXTRACT EXTRACTED FROM CHESTNUT HUSKS OR PEPTIDE FRACTION ISOLATED THEREFROM, AND NATURAL CAFFEINE DERIVED FROM COFFEE
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising an extract extracted from chestnut husks or a peptide fraction isolated therefrom, which provides significant benefits for tightening skin pores, alleviating hair loss and the like, and comprising natural caffeine derived from coffee, wherein the cosmetic composition is prepared by the steps of: a) isolating and selecting the husks surrounding the fruits of chestnut trees； b) pulverizing the husks isolated and selected in the step a) to form powder； c) concentrating an extract which is hydrolyzed by using an enzyme on the powder in the step b), or concentrating a peptide fraction isolated from the extract, followed by spray drying； and d) mixing 30-99 wt% of a compound and 1-70 wt% of natural caffeine, wherein the compound is formed of any one of the hydrolyzed extract in the step c), the peptide fraction isolated from the extract, or a mixture thereof.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 피부 모공개선과 탈모개선 등에 유의한 효능을 발휘하는 밤껍질로부터 추출된 추출물 또는 이로부터 분리된 펩타이드 분획물과 커피유래의 천연카페인을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 화장료 조성물은, a) 밤나무의 과실을 둘러싸고 있는 껍질을 분리 선별하는 단계； b) 상기 a)단계에서 분리 선별된 껍질을 분쇄하여 분말화하는 단계； c) 상기 b)단계의 분말에 효소를 이용하여 가수분해한 추출물 또는 상기 추출물로부터 분리된 펩타이드 분획물을 농축하여 스프레이 건조하는 단계； 및 d) 상기 c)단계에서 가수분해한 추출물 또는 상기 추출물로부터 분리된 펩타이드 분획물 중 어느 하나 또는 이들이 혼합되어 형성된 화합물 30 - 99중량%와, 천연카페인 1 - 70중량%를 혼합하는 단계를 거쳐 제조된다.
