To provide a process for obtaining a product in which a content of α-tocopherol is reduced, contents of β-and δ- tocotrienol are increased, and also a total tocotrienol concentration is heightened, by changing a natural composition of a tocotrienol-rich fraction.SOLUTION: A process illustrated below. Insoluble substances are removed by adding methanol to a TRF feed material such as palm oil or palm fatty acid distillate or rice bran oil. Then, water is added to obtain a saturated hydrous methanol solution of the TRF. The TRF saturated hydrous methanol solution is saturated with n-hexane and is separated from an oily layer in the lower direction. A saturated mixture is extracted with n-hexane a plurality of times. Next an extracted liquid is distilled. An extraction residual liquid is treated by distillation, phase separation, and/or by further extraction with n-hexane of the TRF.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】トコトリエノールリッチ画分（ＴＲＦ）の天然組成を変更して、α－トコフェロール含有量が低減され、β－及びδ－トコトリエノール含有量が増大され、かつ全トコトリエノール濃度も高められた生成物を得るためのプロセスの提供。【解決手段】以下により例示されるプロセス。パーム油若しくはパーム脂肪酸留出物又は米ぬか油等のＴＲＦ供給材料にメタノールを加えて不溶性物質を除去する。次いで、水を添加して、ＴＲＦの飽和含水メタノール溶液を得る。このＴＲＦ飽和含水メタノール溶液を、ｎ－ヘキサンで飽和し、下方の油性層から分離する。飽和混合物を、更に、ｎ－ヘキサンで複数回抽出する。次いで、抽出液を蒸留する。抽残液を、蒸留、相分離、及び／又はＴＲＦのｎ－ヘキサンによる更なる抽出によって処理する。【選択図】図１
