PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for hydrating mushroom beds and optimizing the cultivation environment of mushroom at the same time for the successive harvest over a long period of time (several months to a half year), in the Lentinus edodes mushroom bed cultivation.SOLUTION: For the medium of the Lentinus edodes mushroom bed, a raw material in which trophozoites and water are added to broadleaf tree chips and sawdust powders is used. In Lentinus edodes cultivation, usually Lentinus edodes mushroom beds having a given size in the block shape of a rectangular parallelepiped are used. The block medium of a mushroom bed that has been harvested one or more times in Lentinus edodes mushroom bed is immersed into an oxygen-containing nanobubble water to activate hypha. Harvesting to obtain a primary fruit body yield in the Lentinus edodes mushroom bed cultivation is enabled by the treatment of oxygen-containing nanobubble water that promotes growth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】シイタケの菌床栽培は、長期間(数ヶ月~半年)に渡って順次収穫するため、菌床への水分補給方法とキノコの栽培環境の最適化を同時に行える方法を提供する。【解決手段】シイタケの菌床の培地は、広葉樹チップ、オガコに栄養体および水を加えた原料が使用され、通常は直方体のブロック形状で所定のサイズに形成されるシイタケ栽培において、シイタケ菌床で1回以上収穫した菌床のブロック培地を、酸素を含むナノバブル水に浸漬して、菌子を活性化させ育成を促進する酸素を含むナノバブル水の処理によるシイタケ菌床栽培で、初回の子実体の発生量を得られる収穫が行われる。【選択図】図1
